Turnkey Equipment Procurement and Refurbishment
For customers who need a reliable, high-quality aseptic machine but don’t own one yet.
How it Works:
- Tell Us Your Requirements: Provide us with your URS (User Requirements Specification) or we will write one for you. We cover operational needs, format configurations, and compliance standards.
- Equipment Sourcing: We search the used market to find the ideal machine that closely matches your specifications.
- Procurement: Once the right machine is found, we handle the purchase and transport to our facility.
- Refurbishment and Upgrades: Our team refurbishes the equipment, making all necessary modifications to meet FDA and/or Annex 1 standards, as well as your URS.
- Testing, FAT and Certification: We perform rigorous testing, including an FAT with your specified formats to ensure the machine performs to your expectations. At the conclusion of successful FAT, we issue a warranty on all our machines for guaranteed performance.
- Delivery and Installation: The fully refurbished and tested equipment is shipped to your facility, ready to be integrated into your production line.
Upgrading Customer-Owned Machines
Already own aseptic equipment? Vertasept can help you upgrade or modify it to meet new production or regulatory requirements.
How it Works:
- Consultation: Tell us about your current equipment and the new production needs or operating conditions you need to accommodate.
- Assessment: Our experts conduct a thorough evaluation of your equipment to determine the necessary upgrades or modifications.
- Custom Modifications: We perform all necessary upgrades, from software updates to mechanical adjustments, ensuring your equipment meets FDA and/or Annex 1 standards as well as your new operational goals.
- Testing, FAT and Certification: We perform rigorous testing, including an FAT with your specified formats to ensure the machine performs to your expectations. At the conclusion of successful FAT, we issue a warranty on all our machines for guaranteed performance.
- Delivery: Once testing is complete, we arrange for the safe return of your upgraded equipment.
Consignment and Resale

- Refurbishment Process: We fully refurbish the machine to meet the latest standards and improve its market appeal.
- Consignment and Listing: Vertasept lists the refurbished equipment for sale, leveraging our network to find the best buyer.
- Profit Sharing: Once sold, you receive top dollar for your machine, based on the terms of our consignment agreement.
